6. Attendance & Make-up Classes
Students should arrive 5-10 minutes before their scheduled class.
Missed classes are generally not rescheduled.
Where possible, Xtream Robotics may offer a make-up session, subject to trainer availability; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
7. Program Discontinuation
For recurring classes or subscription-based programs, at least 30 days' written notice is required before discontinuation.
Fees already paid remain non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
8. Safety & Liability
Participants must follow all safety instructions while using robotics kits, electronic equipment, laboratory tools, and other educational resources.
Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising younger learners where appropriate.
Xtream Robotics shall not be liable for injuries resulting from misuse of products or failure to follow the provided safety guidelines.
9. Emergency Consent
For students attending physical classes or camps, parents/guardians authorise Xtream Robotics staff to act in loco parentis during emergencies when they cannot be contacted.
Medical expenses arising from emergencies remain the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
10. Damage to Equipment
Customers, students, schools, or organisations may be charged for intentional damage or negligence resulting in damage to company property or equipment.
11. Intellectual Property
