What You Will Learn
Tech Camp introduces students to technology through practical, project-based learning.
- Robotics - Building, assembling and programming robots
- Coding - Programming fundamentals and logical thinking
- Electronics - Circuits, sensors, motors and electronic components
- Artificial Intelligence - Introduction to AI and practical applications
- App Development - Creating simple interactive applications
- Drones - Understanding drone technology and applications
- 3D Design & Animation - Creating and developing digital designs
- STEAM Challenges - Applying science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics to practical problems
Instead of simply learning theory, students build robots, write programs, experiment with electronic components, explore AI, create digital projects and solve practical challenges.
Course Objectives
By the end of Tech Camp, students will have:
- Developed a practical understanding of Robotics and Coding
- Gained confidence working with technology
- Explored electronics, sensors and automation
- Been introduced to Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies
- Strengthened logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Developed creativity through practical projects
- Improved teamwork and communication
- Experienced different areas of technology that may influence their future studies and interests
Hands-On Learning
Tech Camp places practical learning at the centre of every session. Students work directly with robotics kits, electronic components, computers, sensors, coding platforms and other technology tools.
Activities progress throughout the programme, allowing students to move from basic concepts to more challenging projects as their confidence and skills develop.
Who Can Join?
Tech Camp is designed for Standard 7 and Form 3 students.
No previous experience in Robotics, Coding or Electronics is required. The programme is suitable both for complete beginners and students who already have an interest in technology.
